Ordering Information

• All orders are produced on demand.
• Customize items with the NIRA logo or an imprint of your choice (upload vector logo at checkout). We are available to assist with artwork once an order is submitted.
• Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation and artwork proof within 1–2 business days. After artwork approval, your order will move into production. An invoice will be issued once your items have been delivered, unless alternative billing arrangements have been requested. Invoices may be paid by credit card or check. This process allows us to confirm the most appropriate decoration method for your items and pass along any applicable quantity or shipping discounts. It also helps ensure a smooth production experience and the highest-quality finished product.
• Standard production time is 7-10 business days + shipping. If you need your order by a specific date please communicate that once you receive your order details and artwork.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are custom-produced, returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective merchandise. Apparel items that do not fit cannot be returned or exchanged, so please contact us if you would like sizing information or garment measurements before placing your order.

Custom Branding Options

All items available in the store can be decorated with the NIRA logo or customized with your own logo or imprint. Apparel items will typically be embroidered unless otherwise noted. Images shown on the website are for presentation purposes only.
